We also collect web site visits data for the purposes of adjusting our website to the devices used by visitors. The data is gathered using Matomomo analytics software which is installed on our own servers. The software is cookieless and respects your browser’s Opt-Out settings. All data we store is anonymized (we never store full IP addresses) and is not linked to any personal account you might have on our site.

In order to provide translation and localisation services for you, we will collect your contact details such as: Phone Number (optional), Name and Email Address through contact forms on our site. For billing purposes, we will also store company details, such as public company address, VAT NO or/and company registration number. We will store this data as long as you have contractual relationship with us. After the contract is finalised, we will store the data for the legally required term of 6 years for tax purposes.
For the purposes of obtaining a quotation, clients and potential clients may send us files and/or text samples. We have no control of the contents of the files and/or text samples we receive, but we handle any documents sent to us with due care and treat them as confidential, applying our Privacy Policy to any personal data these documents and/or text samples may contain.

Data Storage and Usage Policy

The processing of your data will be in full compliance with all applicable data protection and other laws. Your personal data will not be disclosed to any third party outside of our Company. 

We take significant steps to protect all your information, using cutting-edge security technology. We implement our security systems to the highest standards to ensure that our computer systems and databases are protected against unauthorised disclosure, use, loss and damage. All data will be stored within the European Union (France) in GDPR compliant data centres. We do not store personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA). 
All information you provide on our site (by using our contact forms) is sent in an encrypted form (using an https protocol) to the server to prevent data snooping by 3rd parties.
